DESCRIPTION:2026 Thursday Morning Ladies League \nRegistration Deadline is April 15th. \n9 holes on Thursday mornings for fun\, socializing\, and friendly golf games. You can choose to sign up with a foursome and keep the same foursome through the year\, or opt for one of our rotating groups that change weekly so you can golf with different people.  Scorekeeping is optional. \nNEW THIS YEAR: Shotgun start at 9:30AM in May. Shotgun start at 9:00AM in June\, July\, August. Shotgun start at 9:30AM in September. All players will play at the same time. All players will have the opportunity to come for lunch starting from 11:00AM with a Ladies League special & designated league seating in air conditioning! On the Friday before league days\, you’ll recieve an RSVP email. You’ll answer who you plan to play with\, if you’ll be walking or riding\, if you’ll be playing 9 or 18 holes\, and if you plan to stay for lunch. We think this new format will be a great way to give everyone an opportunity to enjoy the restaurant\, keep all players in the morning and out of the heat\, and encourage socializing within the league. It will also mean that if you sign up with a foursome\, and only 1 or 2 players can make it\, we’ll be able to reassign you a group without changing your tee time. We’re really looking forward to this new format! \n\n\nNEW THIS YEAR: Chip-In Board… each week a $20 prize pot will be set. If you have a chip-in (get it in the hole from off the green)\, you can indicate that on the board. If 1 person has a chip in\, they earn the whole pot. If there are 2 chip-ins they split. If there are no chip-ins the pot carries to the next week! \nSkill Level: All skill levels are welcome! No prizes are awarded for your individual golf scores\, however\, those who keep a Golf Canada handicap are encouraged to record their scores for tracking. On a weekly basis\, you can play individual stroke play or a different format with your group. There are monthly team scrambles for prizes and these will require a team scorecard to be submitted. \n\nREGISTER HERE!

REGISTER HERE! \nAll play will follow the R&A / USGA rules of golf\, unless local rule is stated \n\nOpen to all Members over the age of 18 as of April 1st 2026\n$20 Dollar entry fee will Guarantee 2 matches\nPlayers are responsible for basic understanding of the rules of golf (EG. water hazard\,GUR and Lost ball )\nLower Handicap seed is responsible for making initial contact\nThe player with the lower handicap in the match plays to zero and other player subtracts this players handicap from theirs\nPlayers “restrictions of play” in accordance to the categories of membership that are involved in each individual match. Please be prepared to play outside your “normal” golf game times.\nStrokes are taken as per handicapping of holes based on the correct front 9 & back 9 hole rotation being played for the given match\n18 holes with Ties broken by sudden victory (Starting at Hole #1\, and strokes are applied where appropriate)\nGolf Canada Handicaps will be used for all players\nAll play is from the White tees for men and the Red tees for ladies\nAll matches will have posted deadlines for completion and it is the responsibility of the competitors to contact one another and schedule the matches within that window.\nA coin flip will determine all matches past deadline in order to ensure completion of the event by season’s end\nMatches may commence upon posting of the bracket draw shortly after closing of the registration deadline.\nAll match disputes and rulings are to be resolved by the Director of Golf or Head Golf Professional.

REGISTER HERE! \n9 holes on Wednesdays for fun\, socializing\, and friendly competition. \n\n\nNEW FOR THIS YEAR:League tee times will run from 3:30PM-5:30PM with these tee times being designated for ladies night players only. \n\n\nTee times between 3:30PM and 5:30PM on Wednesdays\, you can choose to play 9 or 18 holes\, however only 9 holes will count toward your league scoring. Book your tee time online by going to www.whitesquirrelgolfclub.com and select a time within the designated league times.\nRegistration Deadline: May 1st (or when sold out). Maximum 48 players.\nStart: Wednesday\, May 20th\nClosing: Wednesday\, September 2nd 5:00PM Shotgun\n\n\nSkill Level: All skill levels are welcome! This is a fun league to introduce players to league play and commit more regularly to golf. We do keep score and you play individual stroke play (if you want!). We run a season-long ringer board. A ringer board in golf is used to accumulate the best score for every hole during a season. For example: you score a 7 on hole 1 one day\, then on another week you score a 4 hole 1 . The 7 would be deleted and replaced with the 4. By the end of the season\, you’ll see your “potential” of your best score on each hole! If you do not want to participate in the ringer board\, you do not have to. \nWe include a NET ringer board division for those who keep a Golf Canada Handicap Index. This allows all players to have an equitable opportunity for prizes in this division.

This league is for people who are curious about golf\, wanting to learn more\, or looking for a fun\, social activity. \n\n\nMeet at the Proshop weekly at 6:15PM for light instruction and course information\nHead out on the course and play until you want to up to 9 holes (no pressure to play all 9!)\nYou’ll be the last players out for the evening\, so no groups will tee off after you\nSign up as an individual or gropus of two\, three\, four\n\n\nKey Dates: \n\n\nRegistration Deadline: May 25th (or when sold out). Maximum 24 players.\nStart: Monday\, June 1st 6:15PM\n-No golf Monday\, June 29th or Monday\, August 10th\nWrap-Up: Monday\, August 31st 6:15PM \n\n\nOn a weekly basis\, you’ll book your spot on the tee sheet by going to www.whitesquirrelgolfclub.com and selecting the White Squirrel Welcome League. This is just to confirm your attendance. All league nights will begin at 6:15pm\n\n\nSkill Level: This league is reserved for new or beginner level adult golfers. It will focus on learning the basics of golf. Golfers will leave the league with a basic understanding of course rules\, etiquette\, and strategies for success. Fun formats will be encouraged to help everyone have the most fun on the course. Scoring is optional and probably won’t take place at all.
