Wines of the Southern Hemisphere Dinner

Hosted by our own Nick Attard, Manager of Food & Beverage who is WSET level 3 in wines. It’s sure to be both an enjoyable and educational experience you will not want to miss!

$85 per person. Reservations start at 6pm, dinner begins at 7pm Glass of sparkling wine on arrival
1st Course: Tiger Shrimp and Calamari Ceviche
2nd Course: Mango & Lime Salsa Stuffed Pork Loin over Pickle oil
3rd Course: Argentinian Spice Rubbed Grilled Beef Tenderloin & Frites with Red Chimichurri
4th Course: Bombay Crush -South African Milkshake -milk, vanilla ice cream, sabja seeds, rose water
Non-Alcoholic dinner pricing is available in limited quantities – $45 per person.
