Member Match Play Registration Deadline

All play will follow the R&A / USGA rules of golf, unless local rule is stated

• Open to all Members over the age of 18 as of April 1st 2026
• $20 Dollar entry fee will Guarantee 2 matches
• Players are responsible for basic understanding of the rules of golf (EG. water hazard,GUR and Lost ball )
• Lower Handicap seed is responsible for making initial contact
• The player with the lower handicap in the match plays to zero and other player subtracts this players handicap from theirs
• Players “restrictions of play” in accordance to the categories of membership that are involved in each individual match. Please be prepared to play outside your “normal” golf game times.
• Strokes are taken as per handicapping of holes based on the correct front 9 & back 9 hole rotation being played for the given match
• 18 holes with Ties broken by sudden victory (Starting at Hole #1, and strokes are applied where appropriate)
• Golf Canada Handicaps will be used for all players
• All play is from the White tees for men and the Red tees for ladies
• All matches will have posted deadlines for completion and it is the responsibility of the competitors to contact one another and schedule the matches within that window.
• A coin flip will determine all matches past deadline in order to ensure completion of the event by season’s end
• Matches may commence upon posting of the bracket draw shortly after closing of the registration deadline.
• All match disputes and rulings are to be resolved by the Director of Golf or Head Golf Professional.
